This recently refurbished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom traditional Spanish villa is situated in the centre of the resort just minutes walk from the tennis centre and La Plaza´s bars, shops and restaurants, and Bellaluz village. It offers fantastic views across La Manga Club and the Mar Menor.
The community swimming pool is adjacent to the villa.
This property is fully air conditioned throughout. With a single unit in each room, it enables them to be operated separately. Between June and September air conditioning is compulsory. Outside this period it is optional, and a supplement is payable if air conditioning is required.
*This villa has sports rights entitlement for 4 people.
