A delightful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom traditional Spanish villa, situated in the heart of Los Molinos.
This community offers a large swimming pool, along with a children’s pool, which are both solar heated. They are served by a superb pool bar and restaurant which offers favourable prices, and barbeques in the Summer evenings with live music.
The villa is situated close to the community pool, access to the villa is by steps from the parking area, so is not suitable for prams and pushchairs.
It has 2 terraces, one for dining with access from the lounge and kitchen, with patio furniture and a built in barbeque, and an upper terrace with sun lounger’s, with fantastic views across the resort and Mar Menor.
This property is fully air conditioned throughout. With a single unit in each room, it enables them to be operated separately. Between June and September air conditioning is compulsory. Outside this period it is optional, and a supplement is payable if air conditioning is required.
