This community offers a large swimming pool, along with a children’s pool, which are both solar heated. They are served by a superb pool bar and restaurant which offers favourable prices, and barbeques in the Summer evenings with live music.
It has 2 terraces, one for dining with access from the lounge and kitchen, with patio furniture and a built in barbeque, and an upper terrace with sun lounger’s and fantastic views across the resort and Mar Menor.
This property offers airconditioning. With a single unit in each room, it enables them to be operated separately. Between June and September air conditioning is compulsory. Outside this period it is optional, and a supplement is payable if air conditioning is required.
*This villa has sports rights for 6 people.

Kitchen: Oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Door to terrace.

UPPER TERRACE
