A traditional 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Spanish villa with easy access. This community offers a large swimming pool, along with a children’s pool, which are both solar heated. They are served by a superb pool bar and restaurant which offers favourable prices, and barbeques in the Summer evenings with live music.
The villa has 2 terraces, one for dining with access from the lounge and kitchen, with a built in barbeque, and an upper terrace which is ideal for sunbathing with fantastic views across the resort and Mar Menor.
This property is fully air conditioned throughout. With a single unit in each room, it enables them to be operated separately. Between mid June and mid September air conditioning is compulsory. Outside this period it is optional, and a supplement is payable if required.
